Convert C# ASP.NET 2 to PHP 5

Convert an existing payment page demo site written in ASP.NET C# to PHP 5 The project consists of two parts: 1. ASP NET 2 Demo web site -> PHP 5 Site source code is given to new clients to demonstate how to call our hosted payment page 2. ASP NET 2 Helper assembly -> PHP equivalent DLL/COM? Used by our clients to created the html transaction post messages from withing their own PHP environment * We provide payment gataway services, and these are designed to show how a developer can call our SSL payment gateway * There are no databases * Validation is kept to a minimum, so code and comments can be easly read and understood * Code must be documented in english in a short and simple style * To test, your developed site must be copied to a URL and be fully functional.
