Keeping these websites in view as reference, I require a website that will have the following basic functionalities:
-Two types of users available 1) The Flat Seeker 2) The Owner
-Registered users can post their Ad on to the website for a said amount
- Ads will have the information and three picture provision
-Registered users can see all Ads on the website available along with the contact information
-Non-Registered users can see all the Ads but cannot see contact information
-Any Registered User can contact any Registered or Non-Registered User but Non-Registered user cannot
A basic Admin Area will be required, where the information about Registered Users, ADs Available on the site etc

An Indepth Understanding of the Project:
Please Note that, this is a repost of the previous project for which a coder was hired, It has already been 2 Months since the project started off for us, therefore, we would require you to clearly understand the requirements before you bid.
The Roommate/Flat Share Rental website is primarily for world-wide access for the purpose of posting our Ads/Requirements as Flat/Room Seeker or as Owner/Landlord.
The site should have the capacity to take shape to be run for any specific country such as [url removed, login to view] works.

Keeping these websites in view as reference, a website that will have the following basic functionalities:
Being a User, If I visit the website, I be able to see a nice design something like in the picture as this:

On the whole the site will entertain three types of users, a visitor, a flat seeker registered user and a registered owner user; these types of users have the following attributes:
-Registered users can post their Ad on to the website for a said amount

Map Link: Most of the sites use this function and maybe this done through already developed API provided by the providers, with exporting address as string, you know better on this so any suggestion is viable.
A basic Admin Area will be required, where the information about Registered Users, ADs Available on the site etc
the registered user must pay an amount to get registered, please note that there is a difference between registered user and a user willing to place free listing, therefore once he gets registered he would be able to contact other members and have contact information directly.
If you could refer to the following URL of FAQs for Easyroommate, it would clear lots of things as how the overall service works and what are the expectations, please have a detail view of it.
Like the other missing element I did not mention could be an user account, a free listing user will also have a user account to it and the login(maybe the email id) will be given, where they would be able to edit, activate/deactivate the list, become a paid user.
Based on this information, you can integrate the requirements you already have, I would want if you could develop a clear plan for yourself as what is required and what you feel could serve best!

**Deliverables Include:**
