On going remote Vb.Net and SQL work.

Hello, I currently have to many projects on my list to do them all myself. They all consist of VB.Net, MS SQL some VB6 and SQL reporting server. I would like to pay some one an ongoing rate of $10 to $15 a day and over time up to $20 a day if the person is doing good work with good communications. In short you would be helping me do my day job. I would need you to be available from 9AM to 4PM Pacific Time (California USA time zone) via Chat and email. No real need for web cam but voice and screen sharing may be needed now and then. You could possibly work on projects outside of the 9AM to 4PM Pacific Time but its nice to have communications during that time? I have 2 computers on my desk and you would login to one of them via RDP/Live-Mesh or VNC and do work as if you where here. Need to know - VB.Net 2008 (ASP.Net for web) - SQL Server/T-SQL and stored procedures. - SQL reporting server (Business Intelligence Development Studio) - Some VB6 --- (if you know Linux and Java that's a plus as I'm trying to learn it, but I would pay you extra for any projects I'd ask you help for that type of tech). What I do: I was hired because the guy that built our ASPX ASP.Net (VB) web order entry system left the company (It is not a public eCommerce site but similar) and now as bugs come up I have to debug the code to find them and make a fix or make an update to the code do to a knew features request? 1) SQL/SP's: I will say that 80% of the time the change/fix is made in a SP (stored procedures in SQL) as that the guy that did the development before me seemed to real like doing business logic in SP's and not so much in VB.Net. - Know how to update an SP. - Know how to make an SP. - User debug and search in Visual studio 2008 to find what SP is called when a button is clicked in the ASPX website/code. 2) SQL Reporting Server: Now and then there are Reports to be added to the SQL Reporting server but most the time it's just editing ones that exist or copying them and changing the name or logo on them. - Make/Build reports in MS SQL 3) VB6: Now and then we need to open up the old VB6 code that is still in use here at the company I work at and make an update to it or fix some bug that has been found? - So you need to know VB6. How it will be done: 1) I have 2 computers on my desk? You will login to one of them via remote screen viewing. - RDP or LiveMesh or Crossloop, some sort of remote PC control app.. I have a few we can use. Pay: - I want to do this on a day/week based pay.. so $10 per day = $50 USD per week and I'm happy to send payment via vworker/rent-a-coder each week.. - Now say nothing was needed to be done no work or projects on one day out of the week? or maybe it was you checked in that day and did like 2 minutes hardly anything because I had nothing for you.. You still get the $10 bucks YES.. - But if you do not check in or I can not contact you on a day of the week then you do not get the $10 bucks for that day? - If you say you are working on a project and I do not see anything being done (remember I can see the screen most the time) then I would question if you have done anything and may not feel to pay for that day.. NOTE: I'm cool if you do work on you local PC and then upload and test on the Remote/My PC? but I do need to see some things being done? - I do need you to check in each day at 9AM PST to see if I have new work/updates to be done. - Being available via chat and email is very important. - If things are going well after 4 weeks of work I'll bump the pay up to $12 a day.
