HTML Pages in Photoshop 3D Look

We need of a very good graphic artist that uses Photoshop to create websites. You will need to create a state of the art HTML pages for our website. The website will be for our software product we will be launching very soon.
As stated, the website should be designed using tools from Photoshop with a 3D look. There will be no more than five static pages associated with this site, but you will need to have drop down and text boxes on one of the pages. Again, you will not provide in of the programming code that will make the site dynamic, but you must have a very creative and graphic eye. We want this site to GRAB the attention of the visitor upon loading.
We will need to see a portfolio of your work and style. You also may be required to provide us with a 1 Page Mock based on how we would like the site to look. This will let us know you can follow our lead and pay attention to detail.
You will be provided with the theme, logo, software screenshots, text content and color scheme for the site. However, you will need to come up with other suitable graphics for the pages. We believe in long term relationships with our coders, so you will likely get more work after this. In fact, we have two more sites that will need to be done about the same time as this one. So, if you can do a fantastic job with this, then the other two could be yours if you want them.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
