PhP coding, Paypal IPN, Affiliate integration, PhP/MySql Modifications

I need a Php developer; Paypal IPN expert; affiliate program integration guru. You should be very experienced and available immediately.

I have a CUSTOM ecommerce website selling downloadable products via a PayPal IPN shopping cart system. I have a specific set of requirements and very detailed needs that will require someone who is very knowledgeable, creative, and able to debug my entire system to ensure (1) functionality using my new Affiliate Program, (2) top-notch security, (3) ultimate reliability, (4) make the unstable, stable; the malfunctions, function, (5) integrate and test my paypal IPN as well as edit and modify some PhP pages and MySql database.

Please do not bid if you do not have the required experience. Please send a detailed message about your qualification on the PMB message board. (A) need to have experience scripting or editing PayPal IPN stores (B) must have experience editing and coding PhP, (C) must be experienced with MySql, (D) must be able to start work immediately.

I pay using PAYPAL only! Do not bid unless you can accept payment via paypal. I pay upon completion of each project. By bidding on this project, you are accepting several project over the next few days/weeks. I have a lot of editing, modifying and additions to my website that need attention right now.

I estimate the work will be steady for the next few days, and then things will slow down to minor modifications once or twice a week. I have several projects that need to be completed immediately!

Each task/project will have a fee of 5-15 USD (common) and some projects will be 10-25 USD each (occasional). Two project in the near future will be for additonal compensation. I pay as we go (upon completion) using [url removed, login to view] only.
