Simple Employee Timesheet

I need a simply employee timesheet application created. This timesheet must be written in ASP (vbscript) and use a MS SQL database for storage.

Please DO NOT BID if you plan to use PHP, MySQL, ASP.Net or anything other than vbscript for the pages and MS SQL for storage.

User Requirements:

The user will just be able to punch/clock in and punch/clock out. When a user clocks in or out it will store the date and time as well as the user name that can be obtained from [login to view URL]("LOGON_USER"). The display should show the user the last punch in or out time any time the punch card page is accessed.

The user should also be able to generate a report of his/her own time by date range.

Admin Requirements:

The admin should be able to generate a report on any user for a given date range. The admin should also be able to manually edit any specific time entry, add a time entry for any user, or delete a time entry for any user. Any edits, adds or deletes should be noted in the database as well.

Anytime a time report is run by either the admin or the user it should display times as a decimal. For example, if it was 8 hours and 17 minutes it should be displayed as 8.283 (17/60=.283).

Any reports should also display a weekly summary. The week should always begin on Friday and end with on Thursday.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
