Simple Site for software company - HTML + Graphics

Hello friends,

I need urgent side for my software developing company.

My budget is low and If i like work from provider i have many projects are in queue.

I am looking programmers and designers for long term relationship.

1) I will select programmers or provider who have lower bid and nice work portfolio of their past work.

2) I will pay 25% advance and then remaining later after work has been completed.

3)do not try to contact me out of site.

4) Scope of projects and more details will be forwarded to provider.

5)Right now just look i need simple HTML site with graphics and contents.
