website popup over hover thru jquery

for my website [[url removed, login to view]][1], I am looking for someone who can use jquery/css/javascript so that I can apply a class to an image and url to an image and it will show target website in a popup once user hover over it.? If they click on the popup then it open up that website/page in the new window.
It will behave something like <[url removed, login to view]>? If you hover over [url removed, login to view] or delicious then you will see a popup.? I don't know if these are static popups or dynamic.
But I want dynamic popup where I can proivde any url and you will show the website in the poup window.? I want my popup window to be double in size from this other website's popup.
The idea is that once you do the search on [[url removed, login to view]][1] and get the list of items from several other websites, you can hover over the image to see what the page looks like without actually going to that page, and if you want to go to that page then you just click on the popup.
Poup should be fast.
You will use jquery/css/javascript and will give me the? code along with sample app (asp.net c#)where it shows how to use it.
