Our fax solution requires a connector to work with eCopy. We requires a coder to develop the connector to enable eCopy application talk to our fax server. SDK and API for both eCopy and our fax server will be provided. Coder expected to acquainted with C# and C++.
## Deliverables
We are a fax server solution provider and we need to integrate with eCopy, a third party application.
Project description:
eCopy is a document imaging software. Users scan document into images. The scanned images will then send to our fax server for faxing. We need a connector to fax the images/file from eCopy via our fax server. eCopy provides tool to install custom connector in their software. The custom connecter has the ability to save its configuration in XML. eCopy will then use the configuration details to locate our fax server, and trnasfer the image to our server for faxing.
SDK and API for eCopy and our fax server will be provided. eCopy's SDK platform is C++ COM while our fax solution API is .NET platform. Coder are requires to develop the connector in C#, create an interop wrapper to talk to eCopy's COM. A sample base project will be provided and coder can work based on that.
Connector requirements:
- communicate with our fax solution via .NET API.
- connector business object to be written in C#, interop with eCopy's C++ COM components.
- create connector install script in MSI Installer (can be done in [login to view URL]).
- comments in source code.
- full documentation detailing the source code, install script and anything relevant to the project.
Fund will be released once we are satisfied with the final outcome. The connector must be fully functional, along with proper error handling. Testing will be done on our side.
We expect coder to be committed to this project. We will provide adequate assistant on connecting to our solution based on our API/SDK.
