proxy server for MS exchange with logging capabilities

Create proxy server for exchange.

Let outlook believe they are talking with exchange but in reality outlook is talking with is the proxy.

The proxy forwards all requests to the real exchange server.

If data is requested or send, log that message to logging directories in an organized matter e.g. per mailbox/per item folder.

Do this for all exchange information objects like email, contacts, agenda.
