VB Realtime API program

I need a visual basic program that will connect to a realtime feed via the internet using an API provided by [login to view URL]([login to view URL] actually provides the api). The program will retrieve and store realtime tick data on 20 stocks, make calculations on the data, send buy/sell orders to a trading simulator provided by Mytrack; Monitor the buy/sell/short performance of the stock trades and display transaction history of all trades. Monitor the portfolio profit/loss in realtime. Adminstration features are need to add/delete for symbols; db; connectivity; price targets etc. Please see attached zip file for more info. I need this program by the deadline as the realtime datafeed subscription ends July 31st. A Mysql database is preferred but ms-Access will be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Installation documentation ## Platform win 2000 Pro win 2003 server
