Some easy exercises for good c++ programmers

There are three simple exercise for good c++ programmers. But I need the first exercise done and given to me as soon as possible for time reasons and evaluation purposes. The 1st exercise is zipped and can be downloaded. The winning bidder will be e-mailed the other 2 exercises as soon as the first exercise is completed and submitted to my e-mail address. I'm offerring $10 with a bonus $5 if you can complete the work andsubmit it to me within 12 hours of me acceping your work. These exercises contain some coding work, trace tables and pseudocode work.

## Deliverables

Exercise 1 is for evaluating on who will get the next 2 jobs and then paid to. Question 1 is a trace table using the inputs I have provided. I gave a [url removed, login to view] file to do the work in and be submitted in. This question is not supposed to be a program but a trace table. Question 2 (a, (b) and (c) are just questions that have to be answered for the pseudocode that was provided for question 2 Question 3 (b)is pseudocode that was provided for the "Height prgram" that is incomplete. You have to complete the pseudocode that was provided for you by filling in the input and output variables where appropriate. part (b)is to be a structure chart drawn for the design of part (a) Question 4 is for you to develop a c++ program taht reads the size of the side of a square and then shows a hollow square of that size, out of asterisk and blank characters. A sample dialog was given along with the pseudocode design. A template program was provided for this question - [url removed, login to view] or you can do one yourself. I have to recieve all questions in a zipped up folder wihin 3-4 hours preferrably. Then I will assess those given to me and choose which was the best out of all that was submitted. The winning bidder will then hafve their offer accepted and be given the other 2 exercises I have for them and then be paid. Some of the templates were provided from my description in a zipped file for you to work on. The finished files of all four questions have to be zipped and submitted for me to assess.
