Debugging and developing registration form with CakePHP

We looking for someone with extensive knowledge of php and cakephp framework. Your mission: • Develop a simple form ([login to view URL]) with: - Registration of the information in the database; - Checking in our database for the existence of the email address filled in; - Sending emails. This form is already developed in html and CSS. • Finish and complement the work already done on a dual registration form: This form works, there are a few elements to complete. [login to view URL]:2391 It remains to: - Insert in the database, the information that has been forgotten; - Send emails at the moment of the validations; - Change the formatting (incorporating additional classes: css and html provided); - Fix a bug in the program that changes information of a field although this is not necessary.
