Price Comparision Website Backend

Hi all here is my project:

I am looking a coder to code a Price Comparision Website Backend for me.

I dont mind if this is work that the coder has done previously and just wishs to sell me a copy of it.

It must be able to reuse the Price Comparision Website Backend again if I wish - If this is granted a bonus will also be paid to the coder. The Front End will be dsigned by me but I wish to be able to have full control over the Front End's, Graphic, Colours, Layout & Text without the use of a CSS file.?

Hi all here is my project:

3. The Results page will also be generated from the Coders PHP & also The .CSV Files which have Datafeeds in them.

4. The Price Comparision Website Backend will also use SQL & CSV Files.

5. Also all documentation on how to configure .CSV Datafeeds with SQL Databases using PHPMYADMIN to Configure it all.

I am currently unemployed but have two projects needing completed by end of Sept so I need the coder to be:

* Good at Coding.

* To have nice clear coding which I can Follow, making my job easier.

* Include good clear documentation.

All bids will be considered and all previous work taken into? Consideration.
