This project is to redesigned a website template provided by DRAMS, a webhosting and domain registration script.

**THREE PARTS INVOLVED:

**_1) Graphic design of templates
_**The template should be easy to customized for a developer experienced in PHP, HTML and Photoshop. There are few pages within a template directory such as: ([url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]), by customizing these pages it will change the entire look and feel of the website.

Please browse them to get a better idea of what I would like on mine then we'll discuss further the details.
**2) Site Contents:
**I also need help on re-writting textual and graphical content of all pages related to the sites services; domain registration, web hosting, software and templates.
**3) Other Scripts integration:**
Since DRAMS script is encrypted and basically unmodifiable, I think, I need a script I recently purchase to be integrated on new pages of the site to be able to offer _TEMPLATES_, this script comes with a separate admin area to be able to upload and manage templates.
Similar script should be installed to be able to feature other products, specifically _SOFTWARE_, to also be able to offer on new pages added to the present site. I need help on getting a free script to do this.

PERHAPS THIS LAST REQUIREMENT (3), would need to be done by a programmer, rather than a web designer. Please advise if that is the case, or if it can be done by the same coder too.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
