CSS-home-inner-page

We have a website template that need to be modified. The projects needs: 1. Create home page from an existing template by moving elements around 2. Place the menu in an INCLUDE FILE so it can be updated easily and added to the other inner pages We have an existing template that needs to be modified. The CSS is already created it just needs a little tweaking. The home page has been approved by our client. We created the homepage mockup in photoshop. We created that mockup by moving items on the already created template to fit the design and scope of the new project. So to complete the home page you must know how to cut and paste and change the CSS where applicable. All the elements of the new design are present in the template we just moved them around to make it look different. It is very straight forward. We would like to get these task completed ASAP
