We have a drupal website created with a custom module, that uses a custom form created using the profile module and also conditional fields module. Upon registration the user is presented with a form where they select 1 of 5 client types, they include for example: Individual or Limited Company etc

The fields on the form are triggered via the conditional fields module and different options become available on the form for the user to fill out based on fields selected on the form. You can see the form in action by going to the website ([url removed, login to view]) and registering as a new user

The data from the form is then taken and using the custom module it is merged with our pre-prepared documents (that you will need to code accurately into HTML) creating a single PDF document of up to 26 pages in length. Depending on what fields are selected and which options chosen, the wording on the PDF document will differ from option to option.

The PDF is then submitted to the user (and also a copy to a predefined email address) with 2 PDF documents attached, one PDF document is the one generated upon registration and the 2nd document is a fixed PDF that is attached to all registration submissions and is not altered in any way. Register on the webform with a valid email address to receive a sample PDF for you to review as a sample

The module at this stage is 90% complete but we are having problems with the formatting of the PDF document as well as some issues with certain fields being placed correctly on the document, the wording etc

I have 5 Word documents, each one corresponds to 1 of the 5 client types that can be selected during the registration process and I want the PDF documents generated to have the same look as the word documents with the registration form elements in the right place.

Currently the PDF document being created is constructed part using Images and part Text, but I feel this doesn't look good and needs consistency throughout the document, so the whole thing should be constructed using text.

The resulting PDF is a legal document, and therefore there is no margin for error, therefore the winning bidder will have an eye for detail, as well as experience and success with similar projects. Each of the 5 different templates for the PDFs will be in 3 parts:

- The 1st part is a covering letter of 2 pages and will need to merge the following data from the webform:

- client name

- address

- date

- list of services selected

- The 2nd part is made up of service schedules each relating to a service that was chosen on the webform, of which there are up to 7 different services per client type. If it is ticked on the form, the schedule needs to be inserted into the PDF, minimal data merging of just the date at the foot of each schedule, otherwise fairly static.

- Finally the 3rd part, about 7 pages in length, of which there are 2 overall different types, 1 for one client type, and the other for the remaining 4 client types. Merge data again is minimal, with dates and one or two other form dependent entries.

The PDF of the contract should be created automatically based on these selections and as mentioned above should then be emailed, also automatically, to the client and to one of our internal email addresses. IN the body of the email/s we require template text instructing the recipients on what needs to be done, and again the text will vary dependent on the client type, and needs to be formatted and presented well

The basics of the above system are in place, however there have been several sticking points, especially with some merge fields, formatting and email reliability, and although the infrastructure is in place and may only require some modification, bidders should be prepared to start from scratch if necessary.
