Drupal 7 Ubercart 3 modify "/admin/store/products/view" page

We will need a dedicated Drupal 7 ( Ubercart 3) expert developer that has had some experience before. The winning candidate must know how to work with Drupal php source code and be familiar with Drupal's various API's, hooks, modules and Ubercart 3 etc. What we need now is to modify the product view page for store administrator to edit product discount based on the list price, the final appearance should look like the images I attached. We need the solution AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Here is the function requirements: 1. The URL for this page is "/admin/store/products/view", same as before. 2. A filter sits on top of the table for filtering products(table contents) by product categories 3. A fieldset sits below the category filter, which use for discount setting. Two discount types are possible: one is "Fixed value discount"; enter "15" for $15.00 off. the other one is "Percentage discount"; enter "15%" for 15% off. both of these two types of discounts are based on "sell price". 4. All table content should be the content type "product", and each row should have a tick box, first image of the product(using one of the "image style"), product title(clickable, redirected to product page), list price and sell price field 5. Tick any "tick box" in the table rows, then type in one of the discount type in the text field of the discount setting field set , click apply button, this action should change the "sell price" for each of the ticked product in the database (uc_products). 6. Follow the instruction on the 5th point, the action should also automatically add the product to the "sale" category. 7. The final work should not influence any other functions on the existing website. 8. The final winner should have a simple manual to let us know how to set it up and where to inject the coding.
