I need to create a program to send messages to advertisers of 3 Spanish classifieds portals, by categories.

example:

I want to send the message "hello" to all advertisers in x portal that have an ad in section "Used Cars" through the contact form. and each x forwarding, shipping modify data (email and name of the person sending the message) programming the email list and name that will appear.
