I would like to have a new web site built.? I have some basic design ideas for the site.

The website would be related to cycling. Basically it would be a site for cyclists to add information so it builds up as a knowledgebase. The knowledge base should be related to the practicalities of travelling with a bike. Ie I would be able to look at the site, and check out how hard it is to fly into instanbul, see a link to a map of the airport? for example. The data would be? input by the users of the site.?
One section would be add an airport, and add comments about that airport, ie how easy? it is to take a cycle to it, fly in and out of it, lost property, nearest cycle shop etc
Another sections might be? aircraft companies.? A user could add easy jet and leave comments on how? easy? it is to fly with them, what requirements they have, phones, nos etc .. basically pros and cons.
So it should be neatly arranged with? the? users able to add stuff. To add stuff users must register via their email address.
Advertising must be easy to add and manage on the site, so that the site can generate income and pay for itself.
Text and images should be capable of being uploaded.
The site should be easy to manage and I should be able to add sections, renew alter and generally change the site menus etc.
I will prepare a full description and menu? design for the winning bidder.?

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
