We are having a problem on some Japanese setup Windows computers viewing part of our website. We need someone who sees an error message generated from our servers when they hit [login to view URL] to help us by simply emailing us the error message they see every time we ask so we can try various things to troubleshoot.
If you don't see an error message generated from our servers when you hit http:///[login to view URL], we can't work with you. This is trying to help us pin down an encoding engine bug that we can't replicate on our dev machines.
## Deliverables
For anywhere from two weeks to a month, you will be requested to use the computer on which you see a server generated error message from [login to view URL] to hit that page and send us the exact code of the error message by email.
This is to help us pin down a problem with our automated encoding machinery that is gacking on some Japanese setup Windows machines.
In order to qualify for this job, you will need to see the error and be able to describe it in the first place, since only people who's setups get the error can help us.
We only expect to be requesting this 10 times or so, and due to timezone issues it is unlikely to be asked more than a couple of times a day. Turnaround would need to be within 24 hours for each request.
## Platform
Windows set up for Japanese users. Latest IE and Firefox browsers.
