I am looking for a web developer to take my layered PSD files and "slice" them up into a W3C validated, cross browser compatible, xHTML/CSS website. Some technologies needed will be: -JQuery (simple slide show with controls)

-Shadowbox Script Implementation (Open source modal window)

-Website Search

-contact form with captcha and "successful" or "unsuccessful" send notification and required fields (AJAX, PHP?)

-Twitter and other social media Integration

. Site will be approximately 7-10 pages, fixed with (1000px). Search engine optimized links and commented HTML and CSS code would be preferred.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

I have received several questions that I will answer in a blanket response: 1)I would like to have bids to include what the additional cost would be for scripting work for a usable contact form with verification of successful sending or verification of incorrect information filled. 2) The website search function is essentially a search bar where a visitor can search the contents of the site. I am hoping the coder will be able to match my design in how the results are displayed. My clients may decline this, but I am curious what the extra cost may be. 3) Please clarify if your bid is for all 7-10 pages. Additionally if it will include: Javascript (jQuery), Cross browser compatibility, form scripting, AJAX or PHP scripting, etc. If not, please specify what that additional cost would be. A TOTAL cost for the project would be appreciated. 4) I will upload a jpeg of the homepage mock as soon as I can as I am still working on it. Thank you for the bids. I expect to make a decision soon based on the responses to this update. Cheers, Lyle

The client has requested some changes to be made, but they should be minor, but I hope this will help all of you have a opportunity to refine your bids and prepare as I will be choosing a coder after the final round of design edits sooner than expected. Cheers and good luck, Lyle

Hello everyone, My client made a new request: sIFR or Cufon text replacement for some, at least H1 tags, if not all the site. Please notify my if this will change your bid. As a heads up, I hope to finalize additional design changes with my client. I will be closing this bid early and choosing a coder within the next couple of days. I will broadcast a final summary message and then choose, hopefully by Friday. Thank you.
