I know that there are many PHP Blog and Content Management systems out there however I'm looking to add this functionality to an existing project with it's own CMS. What I would like is a simple blogging type system done in PHP with a mySQL backend. There are three important pieces to this project. The first is the administrative side of things. I would like to be able to enter blog entries via a WYSIWYG javascript control which will post them to the mySQL backend. From the administrative panel that is developed I would also like to be able to edit previous entries and delete them if necessary. The second piece is the front-end UI. I would like a page done that shows the entries and allows the user to search/navigate to previous entries. The third and last piece is the ability to generate an RSS feed for the blog and allow users to subscribe to it. There is no need for any extensive graphic design work since I'm only looking for the basic functionality. Also one obvious feature which is missing is a commenting component. This already exists on the site and once this project is complete I would like to integrate it with the current comment system we already have. That is not part of this project however if the coder does a great job they may be hired to work on the integration and overall design to place it into the existing site. I will also cover the cost for a javascript WYSIWYG component. We can discuss which one to use and I'm open to recommendations.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
