System update

Current system overview....

We have a main sql2000 Database, web order pages with payment processing, PDA application with mutiple functions: (Point of Sales including CC processing, Delivery and distribution pick up and drop off Jobs, and inventory) all of the above is displayed in the admin sceen with the following additional editable functionality: team member names, pin numbers, locations, positions, products, inventory adjustments, reports

Updates Needed..

Update approx 5 web order pages (example at link below)

-these pages are integrated with the main database (delivery jobs are automatically created)

-Delivery Dates, locations and some txt needs changing

Database/PDA

The PDA is currently creating duplicate order numbers..so we need to archive the order numbers in the main database or change the pda to create new order numbers.

Inventory

Currently the inventory tracking is not working accurately...

we need the inventory tracked across locations ie (farm)and positions (ie delivery truck)

Reciepts

need to adjust emailed reciepts from pda and web

Reports

current reporting gives totals of one or two variables only and is very rigid, ie there is no reports by date functionality etc etc.

we need more extensive dynamic reports by Dates, detailed transaction reports by salesperson, user position etc etc

JOB TABLES

we need date searching functionality added to the Job lists. (eg delivery jobs from x date to x date)

Time frame for delivery..

The web order pages, together with associated job tables and reporting needs to be completed within one week. The rest needs to be completed by november 15th

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
