Transfer an existing website to a Wordpress CMS

I have a non commercial website aimed at students. This contains 50 + pages. The pages are mainly standard HTML, but many of the applications are written in ASP and a few in PHP. The name of the site is given in the attached file. I have developed 2 new CSS templates, one for the index page the other for remaining pages. Before I convert all the pages into the new format I want to invite coders to suggest a price to convert the existing site to a Wordpress CMS using my 2 templates or ones that you alredy have. Each page has unique key words and a description and I would wish the metatag info to be transferred also. Some innotivative will also be required. There may be afew pages with duplicate metatags etc and I wnat these fixed. Most pages will also have adds. I am content for this to be done over a few months. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The site will run on a Windows 2003 server. I can access a MYSQL database.
