264608 Real Estate Website - CMS

I need a real estate based website that could look something similar to one of the sites below: [login to view URL] - Nice, but maybe too complex [login to view URL] - Maybe too basic [login to view URL] - I like this one [login to view URL] - Another nice site [login to view URL] - Simple but nice The site should have a great simple appearance and most importantly be easy for me to update with new property listings. Maybe should be built on a content management system like Joomla or Drupal, but I'll take your suggestion. It would be excellent if there could also be a login portal for clients to view specific real estate listings I setup for them, but if a login page makes things too expensive then I may hold off on that part until later in the future. Please submit any/all offers for the complete design and development of the site.
