The work is to take the single page ([url removed, login to view]) and make it more attractive.
The two adverts (gifs) can't be changed.
Only some styling and layout changes can be made.
The page is for display on a monitor on the wall in an office. It is not for normal desktop browser.
So make some some tweaks to make it look 'sexier'.
