Lowest auction bidding website

Completed Paid on delivery

I need developers who can produce a professional lowest bid auction website. I want people who can deliver based on my requirements below and no time wasters please.

If possible the development should be made under Drupal 6, due to its security, flexibility, scalabilty, modular approach and the easy way to make translations. However, this is not mandatory, if you can produce the same result (with PHP and MySQL), we'll be welcome to accept it. You have to KNOW your code, because this project will need new functionalities as the website progresses.

The site will need to have a powerful administration area that is completely user friendly. All of the code and files MUST NOT BE ENCRYPTED and should be well-documented so I or someone else can make changes and modifications in the future if needed. I must be able to install and make the site fully functional myself so at the end of the process the work must be delivered to me with installation instructions.

General look and functionalities: use this website as example: [login to view URL]

The scripts will have and support the following payment method:

- a PayPal gateway (automated, fully operational gateway) which will allow customers to add funds to their account

== The Auctioned Item ==

Administration Fee - the amount deducted from the member's account for every bid placed

Minimum bid (bid range): admin defined (default at € 0.01)

Maximum bid (bid range): admin defined

Value (retail value of the item): admin defined

Required number of bids: admin defined (default = retail value / (# of bids/2) )

Bids remaning: admin defined AND can have the visibility turned ON of OFF at any time by the admin

Closing date and time: **important** - admin defined (default 7 days after the Required number of bids had been met).

Product details page where customer can get more detailed information about the product is available for all items.

== Bidding Process ==

Customer has to login before he/she can place a bid.

Customer must have credits in their account in order to be able to place a bid.

You can place a single bid or a range of prices (e.g. From €0.08 to €0.25).

Bidding buttons available on product index pages and on product details pages.

As soon as a bid is made, the status of the bid will be shown on the screen. It will also be sent to the customer's email address. This status will indicate whether your bid is the Lowest Unique Bid, if your bid is unique but not the lowest bid, or if it is not unique.

You will also be told if the current winning bid is higher or lower than your bid.

When the status of your bid changes a customer will be notified about:

Your bid becomes the Lowest Unique Bid; or

Your bid is no longer the lowest; or

Your bid is no longer unique.

There will also be a bid history page which will show all of the above, as well as showing all customers history in general (all product he/she bid on, when, how many bids per product etc).

== Selecting a winner ==

When the required number of bids has been met the system sends an email out to ALL bidders informing them that there are 7 days left until the auction closes. 7 days after the Required number of bids has been met, at the time defined by the admin when the product was listed the system will select the winner - the lowest unique bidder. Sends email to admin for verification (see below).

Bid €0.01 Not Unique

Bid €0.01 Not Unique

Bid €0.03 Lowest Unique Bid

Winners are notified via email only AFTER the admin allows this to happen (normally a tick box which the admin has to tick and only then the email is sent). This to allow admin to very the process, ensure accuracy of all the information and preview the email which is about to be sent. This implies that admin/s are always notified first when an auction closes so they can do the background checks before the email for the winner is released.

== Admin Section ==

- As mentioned before must be pretty comprehensive. Must be able to manage both sites/URLs.

- List all users

- User details

- Bid archive for customer

- Winning/Won Auctions for customer

- View Live Auctions and details for each auction

- View current bids for a particular auction

- Add credits for chosen customer

== Category management ==

Payments may be split into three:

1/3 after website development

1/3 after testing

1/3 after 30 days of website up and running

Preferred method of payment is PayPal.

Example of a site that is very similar to what I want is:
