Create code to email submit form

I have created a website which is running on my pc. I am using WAMP as server. I have a couple of forms which need to be emailed when the user hits submit. I need someone to edit the forms to do this for me and also write/provide any php files needed for this. The website is fully done - all I need is someone to add the email functionality to the forms (also done)
