Install Virtuemart and fix HTML/CSS errors

Dear Freelancer, we are looking for someone to replace our Website Admin to do regular content updates, keep the site up-to-date in terms of software and security. To start with we have some items to be changed and if we are satisfied with the timeliness of your work and quality then we can cooperate further for this and maybe other website. The courses need to be listed in VM, detail pages can stay as they are but need a button to buy them and the payment options need to be specified: -- CreditCard -- Paypal -- Bank transfer - Google Analytics is instaled but there are some modules ascociated with this and they seem to be not turned on. Please clean up the modules section to have only the working ones remaining - Replace current payment dialogs with the virtuemart system (shopping cart as new menu item) - The footer image has a mouseover effect with swaping images which does not preload the images. For performance optimization this needs to be fixed - Page loading: Menu bar comes somehow last. can you change the loading order and optimize the overall loading speed please - HTML errors from [login to view URL]: Sure you cannot find the issue? Its on each page...so it will be in the footer or in a general component as google analytics or so....sure you will find it....trace back from the output HTML code please.
