Marketting pages with login and beta tester role

A new marketing page that

> o allows them to login - only beta-testers role based user as well as admin can only login from this page.

> · A trap that redirects invalid users to the marketing page when accessing a site page $140

> § Users who are logged in but are neither admins nor beta-testers

> o Restricted pages include all pages except:

> The marketing page and registration page do not require users to be logged in and also do not require any special role to be accessed
