Oscommerce addons and fixes

Hi, I am looking for someone to add some addons onto my existing oscommerce website, and to fix some bugs we have. Here is what i need to be done: Errors and Fixes on site: 1. On the home page i want to show some featured items, and then the latest products. I have found this feature on the admin console, i have enabled it but it is not showing, 2. I want to add on all pages that i do a search on, or on all pages of the categories, a drop down list giving the customer the option to see more items on the page, i.e 10, 25, 50 items per page(currently only 4 per page). How can this be done? [login to view URL] point 2 above, there is this thing called lazy loader, which basically only loads the images on the screen, and when you scroll down tries to download the rest. I think this would be good to have when displaying 25 and 50 products on one [login to view URL] you do this? [login to view URL] on the home page and you click on top sellers, the page that says best sellers. Can we change this to top sellers too, so there is consistency. [login to view URL] the site is slow, it would be nice to see if there is something we can do to help speed it up. 6. We need to add a small paragraph with an seo rich description on the home page of the site, so we need some help on how to do this. Also would be nice to do this via the admin console. 7. subcategory home theater – av – shows up on the site twice even though in the admin console it only shows up once, why is this happening? Would like to create a box displaying the visa, mastercards, amex and paypal logos to be displayed on the site. This will be at a specified area, and i can supply the logos. [login to view URL] like to create a box displaying “free Worldwide shipping” with some logos of dhl, ups, china post, ems somewhere on the site, we will discuss with the winner. Payment terms: I will create a milestone for the payment agreed and this will only be released once all the items are complete. we can work with some partial release or multiple payments. Duration of project: I do not want the duration of the project to be more than 1 week. Please note, this is a relatively small project. If i am happy with your work there will be lots more on a monthly basis.
