JS/PHP/WP/BP changes to a near-complete social network

We have built a social network using Buddypress with Wordpress. We're very near to launch but have one or two small issues which need to be fixed. Please go to our test site (the URL will change on launch) at: [login to view URL] and create a basic profile to enter the site. That way you will be able to understand the changes we require: * Change the landing page The first item of work is to make the Welcome Page – [login to view URL] - our homepage. We had some work carried out recently to implement a quick pop-up login window (if a non-member is trying to view a page on the site). Since that work was carried out if we set up a 301 redirect from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] for some reason we lose the Welcome Page altogether. * Add pagination In the site, on the ‘Projects’ page there is a pagination script at the bottom, which activates if there are more than 12 projects on the page. Under the menu item ‘Plugs’ there are six pages which have different content but are identical in layout. We’d like the pagination script to be added to these six pages, to activate if there are more than 20 stories/thumbnails on the page. If you take a look at these pages this will make more sense. You can see that the thumbnails in their current layout will keep adding and building up. PLEASE NOTE: If the right person carried out good, solid work on our site we would like to use them for future development. The successful freelancer will need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
