I have a social networking website that was built but is not totally complete and would require an expert to finish it with some few additions.
The site is almost complete, just that i want the site to have its own API, be mobile friendly(have a mobile version), have some other features adjusted and new ones added to it.

I do not intend to pay much for this as the site is almost completed. $100 at the most, and that depends on if after looking at the site you're able to come up with more and better additions/features to add to it.
