Finish a web site in PHP, shoping cart

This is a project that as been half done by another programmer. This is a repost The project it self is a database of telecommuter and port-folio. And the abilities for employer to browse de Database ( see all resume and port folio) and then purchase the contact information one by one with a shopping cart or purchase an membership so the have access to all the contact info. ## Deliverables What left to do: - the join page for employer 1- if they are member they should be able to create a favorite list like the shopping cart but will be save for the next time they log-in 2- the possibilities for employer-member to post job ( maybe create search for job like wiche kind of job is it or show only the last jobs offer added.. see how much will the price is different) 3- It would be very great if for now all the employer can join for free and search the database for free ( marketing ) and when I decide have the abilities in the ADMIN section to set price for one by one purchase and membership. And then start making money to then pay more programmer to add feature. - the shopping cart if he is not register as a member and want to add telecommuter at the and it will be process via paypal - if you go in the search section or join for telecommuter you should see SKILLS section.. I need in the admin (admin already programmed) section to be able to add skills. When telecommuter joins the site they should be able to post (flash, video, and director project… and have a field to add a thumbnail image to fite the layout) - Telecommuter needs to join the site to see job offer. The is a process of approval of project and new resume already programmed but as soon as the telecommuter join he should be able to see job offer before I approved the project or resume that going to be show. - always keep in mind the site is in French and English so I have to be able to edit the text easily. - Ther is to version of the site the [[login to view URL]][1]V1 and the V2 that is not online. It’s the same programmer did both and improve a lot the version 2 with coding and the way to change design. I will let you chose wich one you prefer to work with. Of cours the ability to change the design is important. - keep in mind in future project I will create other web site to show resume in other field then multimedia, and the ability to have video interview and a service of project management. So there is a lot more to come. Her is a note my last programmer send me about the version 2 of the site: The code I sent you is the new one I where working on. The database is changed too, password are stored encrypted and it redesigned a little to be more optimized. The new code is more "modular" than the other code, so designing a new page is generally easier. I got around to make most of the public pages, except the search enginem didnt have any records to do a search of... But the telecomuter, employer and admin section have to be made. It not that difficult really. PHP code and html code is seperated, so basicly a designer / html coder can make the html page (need to know some smarty programming thou) and a PHP programmer the php page.
