Import Name and Adress of Homes for sale from the Web.

I need a program (probably written in Java or a similiar type of language) that gets the owners name and address of homes that are for sale off of the web. The process for doing this is as follows.

1. The program input is a list of cities and/or zips codes from a file, or the user can type in a city or zip code.

2. The program goes to the following website and gets the address, city, state, zip code, price, size and description of all of the homes for sale that are listed through this website.

3. The program then goes to the correct one of the two following websites and gets the owners name and appraised value of the homes from this website.

[url removed, login to view] program produces a text file of the above information in a format that can be imported into Microsoft Access. Note it does not have to produce an Access file, just make a correctly formated text file. The file must contain all of the addresses obtained. For example it should have about 2000 addresses for the city of Plano, TX.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
