Need an Internet Explorer search bar for current search engine program

Need a search engine toolbar that adds on to the Internet Explorer window. For an idea you can check out the following link: <[login to view URL]> We will provide the information for search engine program to be used. All we need is the toolbar, search engine already exists. ## Deliverables Toolbar for the latest version of the Internet Explorer with at least same functionality as the SmartPPC toolbar ( <[login to view URL]>). Needs to be a small easy to install file that anybody will be able to use in their computer for free.
