Hi I'm looking fro someone to make a intereactive photo app preferably in CSS3 JavaScript.
Project will be simple,
> User Photo is uploaded
> Photo is displayed in a frame
> User can add item to the photo (sunglasses, hat, dress etc)
> User can download the photo
> User can email the photo, send to FaceBook, send to twitter.
****Graphics will be provided (I have a Designer that is ready to work)
****Website already running just add a new page
