Implement gossip tags into community site

Hi all,

i am looking to develope a gossip submission on our online community

[login to view URL] will be to make a tag for there submitted gossip

users can edit there gossip article.

3. Admin can delete gossip article

[login to view URL] tags will be shown as seen in screenshot php on a newly created php page, please see attachment(most popular gossip tags will be larger font)

5. There to be a keyword search box to search gossip tags

6. the gossip article will state the author(profile link), date submitted.

7. there to a specified space on the homepage to show new created tags. ideas to plan, the best way
