What is the project all about? We are looking for a solution for mobile users, providing them with mobile community, which offers them mobile downloads, ringtones, wallpapers, games, bleutooth, themes and other mobile applications. This should be similar to [login to view URL] but I'm not looking for mobile social networking website, just download mobile application by visitors... Download section: This section is further divided into sub categories ie. a. Ringtones b. Wallpapers c. Themes d. Applications e. Pictures Messages f. Games g. Videos Ringtones: This section is to browse and download ringtones. [login to view URL] . Uploaded ringtones can be divided into further subcategories (by format. Poly or midi.) and which is further divided into subcategories by type like pop, jazz etc. There should be search features as well which can search by categories. Ring tones can be played online with embedded flash player. Other features are Rating the ringtone, details of the ring tone ( who uploaded, file format, file size etc.) and current rating. Rate feature should be in AJAX so that user needs not to refresh whole page. A search feature should be there as you see in zedge Themes: It's also divided into further categories by mobile model and type. Themes can be searched by mobile model and category. It should include other details that we mentioned in ringtone and wallpaper section including rate feature in Ajax. Mobile Videos: Demo URL is here. Videos should play in browser not in popup window. visitors Downloads: Visitors can download all the content to their PC. visitors Uploads: visitors can upload mobile content to our site, admin can approve them.. General Features needed : - Top lists for downloads for each items. For example most downloaded, most rated and newest. - Tell a friend on homepage and in the content section near each download where user can a link to friend via email. - Customizable menu/changeable content - Copyright infringement notice near content where copyright material can be reported. It should show in admin panel where it can be deleted permanently or can be disabled from showing on site till its verified. - Complete admin panel for managing site with all the necessary features - Automatic database backup. Time can be set from admin panel with option to save or email database or both. - Image watermark option on wallpapers and thumbnails. Can be turned off from admin. - Search feature. Advance search. - Short URL's (SE0 friendly, title/name of the content in the Url) - Solution should be written with Arabic language in mind. Although we have tried to explain everything but we might have missed few features which are required for proper functioning of site.
