Hi Freelancers, I need a freelancer to create a fashion targeted banner advertisement management website. Advertisers + Publishers sign up for an account. 2. Advertisers submit an ad banner code and we give it to the most suitable publisher/s (ie. bloggers, ecommerce etc.) depending on their viewers/guests cookies. That means the website must track cookies so that only the right advertisements show up on the publisher's page. 3. Publisher viewers/guests click on the banner ads and advertisers pay publishers money (through us) while we get a small percentage of that money. Therefore there must be a payment system set up (ie. Paypal, Bank transfer etc.) 4. The website is able to track and report for each user/admin: - Number of clicks on banner ad? - Calculate amount advertisers must pay? - Click fraud detection. * Admin must have control over everything. 5.
