We are a software development company that needs to increase our ongoing capacity. We have a number of "boxed" products that will need work, and also accept a lot of custom projects.
The bidder will need to have experience in our most used development platforms.
We work on soo many projects that versatility is a must, however just about every one of them has PHP as a core.
Server Side, we usually use either LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) or LAPP (Linux, Apache, PostgreSQL and PHP)
Browser side, there is a lot of DHTML (HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX, AJAJ, etc)
Client side, we use c# exclusively at the moment.
Our flagship product is ROSS

That is where the most immediate need is. It has fallen behind for years and we have hundreds of modifications and updates that we need to make on it.
It is developed in c# for the client side, and LAPP on the server side.
