Printing ecommerce Website (web2print)

I require a web2print site with the following functionality 1. Online quoting system with option to print and email. 2. WYSIWYG for customers to design printed materials online (business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, catalogues, banners). (WYSIWYG must produce full print ready pdfs, CMYK with bleed and fonts embedded) 3. Designs are stored on server as print-ready PDF files and in customer account for future reorders. 4. Customers are able to reorder their designed materials by going into their account. 5. Full e commerce system (billing, invoicing, customer log in, customer history, import, export). 6. CMS to add/remove/edit pages and content. 7. Ability to add and remove WYSIWYG templates and fonts 8. Rotating ads on front page to highlight weekly specials. 9. Default skin is required that can be re-branded at our end. I'm open to purchasing any existing/premade packages. Please provide links to similar websites. I would like to host the website on my own server and would need the full source code. A deposit will be placed in ESCROW and NOT released until you have advanced SEVERAL stages in your work. The balance of the payment will be made after the whole project is delivered in FULL working condition and the source code has been provided and tested bug free on the production server.
