Rideshare script

I'm looking for a simple script for ride sharing. You can see an example site here. [login to view URL] Basically, I need the ability for a new user to have to sign up for free using a username and password. I would use email verification. When a users selects to offer a ride they will provide the following details: Originating street direction (NSWE) Originating Street (no street number needed) Originating City Originating State (from drop down) Originating Zip code Destination street direction (NSWE) Destination Street (no street number needed) Destination City Destination State (from drop down) Destination Zip code Then a Google map displays showing the highlighted route from Origination to Destination so the user can verify the route. Checkboxes for days of week on this trip (M,T,W,T,F,S,S) Next to the day the user enters the time of departure User can enter their email address. Detail text box for other information. Then the user can save the trip. The same procedure would apply for a user requesting a ride. On the main page of the site a visitor can view a list of entries by selecting a state from a dropdown and then it would show all the entries. Or user could enter a zip code and it would display entries. On this page it shows the results for AZ [login to view URL] A user can click on an entry and send a message to the poster. I would need to allow the users that registered to be able to login to their account to manage it. I would need an admin area where I can manage all users. I will need a cron to run daily The users post will be good for 30 days, 5 days before it expires send out an email reminder that the listing will expire on x-date click on the link to renew. Then 2 days out and 1 day out. If no response to renew put it in hold state which would allow them to login to their account and click to renew for 30 more days or delete. I would like to be able to manage the email templates and add custom messages in them. Also the ability email one or all members with mass email capability. Need nice clean professional looking website that I could control colors in css. Also, when a person browsing the listings they can click on "Show Route" and it would display a Google Map with the Origination to Destination highlighted and the time and day details next to it. Any other suggestions would be welcome.
