WORDPESS: Login / Register (Simple Modal box)

I want a Simple Modal box that has a Login on left side / Register on right side. Login side would be (Email/Password/Forgot password) & Register side would be (Email/Password) I want it to send a email confirmation n from there i want it to redirect to full registration page. I want the box to be CSS for easy customizing on my part. I also want the login link to change to logout once logged-in. I attached my idea. If i left anything out please let me know! If you do a good job i may have more work for you on the same site. Looking to spend $500-$800 but taking it one step/post at a time :) Also I have the Wishlist Member Plugin and i dont know if there is a difference from a regular login and the wishlist member login?......Just extra Info.
