Building a coupon site using Joomla

Hi,

I need to create a "coupon site" based on [url removed, login to view] concept wherein people can submit and exchange coupon codes etc.

User management should be done using community builder extension. SH404sef should be implemented on the site.

The site should be created using Joomla.

If you have done this type of project before, please provide sample/reference on PMB.
