Integrate JOOMLA with Prestashop

We are developing an ecommerce site that uses Prestashop, and we would like to have Joomla to be integrated with our prestashop site. the main thing that we are looking for is to be able to have a module in prestashop that will populate joomla related posts into a field on prestashop. i.e articles related to this product. The articles would be determined by matching category words in Prestashop with the same article tags Joomla Along the same lines, in Joomla, we would like to automatically be able to ad products on a blog/article page that coresponds to the topic. i.e if an article is on small solar panels, the script would grab the first few products and put in a side bar. I hope this is not too confusing but these are the main two features we are looking for, Your bid would also include making our present prestashop theme, look the same and integrate and work with Joomla. thanks a lot, feel free to write with specific questions. thanks
