Fix Smarty and Config Files of my website

For some reason the [login to view URL] file of my website is not fully working. The smarty codes are partially working and some are not working. All smarty files in the smarty folder are intact. As a result many smarty codes in tpl files are not working and showing as text rather than their outputs. Server is functioning fine otherwise. I need a real expert in these kind of issues to help to fix these please.
