I want to develop a Real Estate website. It will be a web version of this software: [login to view URL] The site can be developed in any technology but ideally would integrate as part of a standard content management system such as Joomla or Drupal. So ideally I could manage the free content of the site using Joomla/Drupal and then integrate these new features as custom modules and make them available for paid subscribers only. Can you provide a quote for EITHER: 1) Writing a complete specification for the web site. This would describe all the functionality and include page layouts, logic for making the calculations and so on. I would then use this to get quotes on the development. If possible you should also recommend a technology to develop this in and tell me why you selected that solution. OR 2) If you are confident that you can develop this site without detailed requirements, then please provide a quote for development. You must tell me which technology you will use.
