Paypal Checkout Photo Cropping App

I am looking for an app that allows the user to select a photo or photos from their phone and resize/crop the photo and place it in a predefined layout. There are two specific sized layouts (7.5"x3.9" @300 dpi) for a mug and (8.1"x9.25" @300 dpi) for a mousepad. The user selects an places their photos in the layout area. They then add/place text choosing the color and font for the text. Once they complete the layout they are brought to a paypal checkout page where they complete their order. The order will then be shipped to the customer. A very crude mockup of the app is done at [login to view URL]
